Applications
NiTiNb wide hysteresis shape nickel-titanium alloy fastening ring (referred to as nickel-titanium ring) is made of the memory recovery of TiNiNb wide hysteresis shape nickel-titanium alloy, and is used as an annular fastener to achieve a fastened connection between the electrical connector and the wave-proof sleeve. Compared with the traditional connection method, the nickel-titanium ring connection method realizes the fastening connection between the electrical connector and the wave-proof sleeve on the 360° annular surface, significantly improves the electromagnetic compatibility of the information transmission system, reduces contact resistance, reduces weight, and significantly improves the tensile, vibration and impact resistance. The structure is simple and easy to install, and there is no foreign matter, debris and other waste after connection. It fundamentally solves the connection problem between the electrical connector and the wave-proof sleeve.
